We wanted a more intimate, close-knit community, where the residents would actually get to know one another and form deep connections.

We wanted an impressive arrival experience, with a beautiful streetscape, featuring a variety of home styles.

We wanted our residents to feel safe, secure, and care-free.

We wanted to choose locations that would allow homeowners to stay close to friends, loved ones, doctors, and favorite stores.

We wanted a variety of easy-to-access amenities, where residents could work out and hang out.
