This position responds to, qualify, and manage leads and customer requests for new homes, and reports directly to our Marketing Manager.

The New Home Advisor is responsible for marketing, advertising, and selling new homes, providing exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients and industry partners. This role includes generating leads, creating presentations, managing contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with realtors and brokers to maximize sales opportunities.
