One of the benefits of building your new construction home in DFW with Ladera Living is the ability to build the home you want – there is no reason to compromise your vision for what’s next. You will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of floor plan options and then personalize your build out with the floors, colors, lighting, finishes, appliances and special touches to truly make it your own.

An online portal allows you to browse options and build a wish list before you come out to the design center. Once there, we plan for you to have six hours with a professional designer to help make your selections, including lunch and the opportunity to take a break over a cocktail or at the putting green to think through your options and discuss your plans privately.

But it is not just cosmetic! Buyers will also have an exclusive electrical and low voltage meeting. During this typically one-hour session, you connect via conference call with one of our expert consultants to enhance your new home with state-of-the-art features. You can add conveniences like a car charger in the garage for their Tesla (or other e-vehicle), advanced security systems, and seamless TV and internet connections throughout the home. You will also have the opportunity to discuss additional outlets and smart lighting features to fit your lifestyle. This meeting ensures your home is equipped with the latest electrical and low voltage enhancements, not just standard placements for lighting and connections.

You then meet with your construction manager for a pre-construction meeting to review your home plans, discuss an anticipated timeline, and answer any final questions about your new home before construction begins!
