Ladera at Timberbrook

I knew I wanted to move to the DFW area to be close to my son and his family. We visited model homes at the Tavola Park site during the 2024 holiday season and I was hooked. I signed up immediately to be on the email list and when I received word that they were opening up a site in Justin, I knew that I had found the location of my new home. I live in the Boise, ID area now, so I depend on the app that I have downloaded to stay up to date on the construction of my home. I did fly to Justin in early February to participate in an event to select a lot. That is where I met Arnold Adams and since then, I have felt very well informed and taken care of by him and the other fine people associated with Ladera. I also have to give a shout out to Linda at Tavola Park because she made sure I was connected with the right folks in Justin. I made another trip to select all of the exterior and interior finishes for my home, but the rest of my communications have been by phone call, email, text, or the app. This process has been a little intimidating as I lost my husband not too long ago and have been doing this mostly by myself. I have been very satisfied with each person I have worked with and feel that they have listened to my wants and needs. My son and his family do make frequent visits to the site, so I feel like I have them there to represent me if necessary. I can’t wait until my home is finished and I can move in. The quality of the construction and the building materials have been top notch. Daniel Nosse has been excellent in his communication with me about the construction (Tim Belew was great prior to Daniel coming on board). I highly recommend Ladera and the people who are part of this organization. They genuinely care about their clients and will work hard to provide the best service both professionally and personally.
