Very impressed how the Ladera team (Todd, Alex and Jessica) handles their reveal walkthroughs. Alex and Jessica arrived early to blue and green tape the home and when my client and I arrived we were able to focus on the explanations of the home systems and warranties. Very simple and not overwhelming. Alex and Jessica were very patient and answered our questions and set expectations for the final walkthrough. Todd has also been very helpful and patient during the negotiation process and explained how Ladera Living will be. I am confident knowing they will take great care of her after closing!!
Since the first time my husband and I stopped by Ladera and Little Elm, Todd Maxwell has been very attentive and very informative. Ladera Living in Little Elm is an amazing community! Todd was not only extremely knowledgeable but was gracious enough to answer numerous questions about the builder. He knows EVERYTHING about the town including restaurants, upcoming events and the new businesses coming into the area! I highly recommend asking for Todd when you visit!

We've been working with Todd in Little Elm to help my in-laws purchasing a new house. The process has been super easy and Todd has been great! When we did the first walk through, the construction manager noted items that needed to be corrected that we wouldn't have even noticed. It made us feel very comfortable with the quality of the Ladera build. The house itself has a lot of little "extras" that were included that other builders charge for. It definitely feels like a upscale house. We're very excited for them to move in!
Working with Todd has been a real joy. He is kind and helpful, and he is making this process much easier.
